We found this restaurant way off the main road while traveling south toward Lyon. Belgium-inspired country cooking, big hearty portions of beef stew, prawns, sausages, etc. Good choices on the beer and wine menu. Lovely spot along the river in the Gorges de la Sioule, looks like it would be a lot of fun in summer watching the canoes and kayaks going by and eating at outdoor tables. We ate inside in one of the refurbished dining areas in the early 20th century main hotel building. Very enthusiastic and friendly staff. Not the best food we had on the trip but one of our funnest and most memorable lunches. Prices are moderate. Barbecue from the outdoor kitchen on Friday nights in July and August.
