Per lo staff soltanto darei 6 stelle , personale gentilissimo, accogliente e fantastico . Alla reception cordialità e cortesia. Un plauso alla carineria e gentilezza della signora Maria , che ci ha serviti sia a cena , che a colazione , molto affettuosa anche con le nostre bimbe. Unica pecca ed è un peccato , perché la struttura avrebbe un potenziale strabiliante , visto che ha uno spazio immenso ed una cucina buona , è che proprio la struttura necessiterebbe di una buona ristrutturazione, bella la vista sul lago , bella la vista su Serravalle BORGO e bella la piscina , diventerebbe 5 stelle il tutto solo se si valorizzasse tutto il complesso. Voglio dare un grande grazie a Lauro che ci ha accolto alla reception con una simpatia eccezionale e da pochi, ci ha accontentato fatto compagnia all'arrivo e fatto sentire a nostro agio ,camera ok , silenzio di notte, dormito molto bene,bel panorama del laghetto e la torre antica .

Premesso che il pernottamento c'è stato regalato per un'occasione.... Appena arrivati abbiamo notato una struttura un pò retró ma accogliente e pulita. L'unica cosa che non ci saremmo mai aspettati che con 37 gradi a luglio, le stanze non avessero aria condizionata funzionante ma solo ventilazione.... Al nostro reclamo ci hanno consigliato di accendere come supporto un ventilatore presente in stanza. Una notte infernale.... Nel vero senso della parola!

Abbiamo soggiornato qui per una notte in occasione di un concerto al Lucca Summer Festival. La struttura è molto datata e fatiscente all'esterno, però ben pulita e tenuta bene all'interno. Le camere sono spaziose e i bagni in parte ristrutturati (erano nuovi solo i sanitari. La doccia no!! ) Colazione a buffet, hanno disponibilità di prodotti senza glutine. Personale estremamente gentile.

Personale gentilissimo, camera spaziosa e molto pulita, colazione di tipo continentale abbondante e gustosa. Parcheggio comodo e ampio. Laghetto di fronte all'albergo con anatre e nutrie, molto carino. Il paesino si raggiunge con la macchina in pochi minuti, bello da visitare a piedi con la rocca di Castruccio Castracane e le torri da vedere.

Tornando da una settimana di ferie nelle Marche ho soggiornato una notte in questo albergo per spezzare il mio viaggio di ritorno a casa. È vero come molti dicono che la struttura è datata ma in effetti non mancava di nulla. Grande camera con grande letto matrimoniale ben climatizzata e pulita, personale disponibile e gentile. Al mattino ottima colazione con parecchia scelta di cibo. Originale la location con laghetto e parco inclusi. Peccato non aver potuto usare la piscina per colpa del meteo. 60 euro a coppia ben spesi. Da tornare e consigliare!

Eccellente il servizio sia in hotel che al ristorante. Stanza pulita e fresca, bagno pulitissimo. La piscina una delizia quotidiana è sempre poco frequentata. La prima colazione completa di tutto, dolce e salato. Le cene in hotel con ampia scelta e servizio ottimo. Ci torneremo presto!

Hotel vecchio e mal tenuto, stanza piccola (nonostante fosse fatta la richiesta per una persona disabile), pavimento sporco. Colazione totalmente spoglia, nulla di caldo, ma una ciotola di uova sode fredde di frigorifero, oltre a cornetti e fette di torta. Per mangiare unico ristorante Barbarossa, assolutamente da evitare. Pessimo hotel e pessimo ristorante.
