What a find.

Hyggelig betjening ✨️
3 stjernes hotell, men 5 stjerner på betjeningen! Savnet et kjøleskap på rommet, men ellers ingenting å klage på. Det er et 3 stjernes hotell, og man må ta det for det det er. Betjeningen var veldig hyggelige og hjelpsomme ☺️

Great couples break away
We had a 2 night stay, the hotel is clean, quiet, great location with the most amazing views. Good choice at breakfast, nice pool, good shuttle service at regular times to and from the centre of Sant Angelo.

Viaggio in famiglia. Dopo una notte siamo scappati. La posizione dell' hotel è l unico aspetto positivo (per quanto riguarda la vista mare). Peccato che il servizio navetta gestito con una golf car sia fornito solo all'arrivo . Per gli altri orari abbiamo dovuto pregare per farci recuperare in localita' Sant'Angelo subito dopo aver cenato visto che il servizio è sospeso dopo le ore 23.00. Neanche fosse un collegio...Inoltre le camere avevano un odore terribile. Gli arredi erano scadenti e molto datati. Nella nostra camera "superior" mancava un box doccia e il piatto doccia..c' era solo una tenda di plastica...
Il personale della reception ci ha trattato con sufficienza e scortesia, soprattuttolz sig.na Carmen...L hotel è datato e sarebbe completamente da ristrutturare.

Hotel Loreley exceeded our expectations! The views from the hotel were stunning. The staff was friendly and helpful, the breakfast was very good with multiple choices of both hot and cold foods and drinks, the room was comfortable and clean with air-conditioning. They provided lifts to and from restaurants and the beach. Would recommend for solo, friends or couples!

There was not enough information about the hotel, ie can’t be reached by Car, very steep climb to the hotel, you have to hire a buggy to take you up with luggage at a cost of €10 per person each way. The hotel runs a buggy service but not with luggage, only at certain times and pulls the service at the first sight of rain - not great when two of the people were in their 80s. I also need to know how to complain as a wardrobe door fell on my dad and knocked him flying across his room, he was very sore for the whole holiday as this happened on the first day. The air conditioning unit in the bedroom was also dripping onto the tiled floor in the bedroom which caused my mother who is 80 to fall and has a massive bruise on her outer thigh. She fell again at the very slippy tiles around the pool. The lady in reception is lovely as is Joshua at breakfast. Danny was nice too but hasn’t been there long. A couple of other members of the team on reception and the buggies were not friendly or helpful. The number to ring for the buggy wasn’t shared with us on arrival and when it was it didn’t work. Was then given WhatsApp which is ignored when it suits.

Pessimo. Le camere sono ferme a 40 anni fa, arredate con mobili di bassa qualità, nei bagni ci sono le tende per le docce, non c’è il piatto doccia, quindi acqua in tutto il bagno, inoltre la rubinetteria ha circa 40 anni quindi molto rovinata, nel nostro bagno il lavandino perdeva ed avevano posizionato il cestino della spazzatura sotto per raccogliere l’acqua. Il personale della reception è poco disponibile ad eccezione di una donna molto gentile e premurosa. La posizione è molto bella, ma poco funzionale, inoltre c’è bisogno del servizio navetta per salire e scendere.; se hai bisogno di portare le valigie su devi prendere un carrello che paghi a parte. Unico punto di forza è il panorama
