Posizione sublime, un angolo di paradiso tra cielo azzurro e bouganville con uno sguardo su un punto di Ischia molto ricercato. L’albergo è un onesto tre stelle, necessiterebbe di una ristrutturazione per renderlo adeguato alla posizione (bellissima ma non comodissima…) e alla qualità del servizio ineccepibile. L’hotel mette comunque a disposizione le navette elettriche gratuite che consentono di raggiungere la sommità arrampicandosi tra le viuzze bianche e azzurre. Lo staff è molto disponibile, di grande professionalità e simpatia. E alla fine, un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo…

Esperienza deludente. Ho regalato una wonder box ( NON CONSIGLIO) a mio marito per un soggiorno di relax, ovviamente oltre alla notte inclusa, ne ho aggiunta un’altra. Soggiorno durante il weekend lungo del 2 giugno. L’hotel è quasi impossibile da raggiungere a piedi, stradina ripidissima e stretta, circa 20 minuti a piedi senza fermarsi e le navette gratuite sono disponibili solo fino alle 23, altrimenti private (10 euro) se siete fortunati e non rientrate troppo tardi. Al nostro arrivo ci assegnano una camera con un forte odore di fogna e parato macchiato. Chiediamo il cambio, ci fanno attendere oltre 30 minuti. La nuova stanza era appena accettabile, ma con pulizia al limite. La notte è stata un incubo: materasso e cuscini durissimi, e al risveglio ci siamo ritrovati con bollicine su diverse parti del corpo, probabilmente morsi di cimici da letto. L’unico punto a favore: la colazione servita con una splendida vista su Sant’Angelo, ma ahimè non è sufficiente. Non lo consiglierei, soprattutto per il rapporto qualità-prezzo.

Great couples break away
We had a 2 night stay, the hotel is clean, quiet, great location with the most amazing views. Good choice at breakfast, nice pool, good shuttle service at regular times to and from the centre of Sant Angelo.

Esperienza da non ripetere 👎👎👎
Viaggio in famiglia. Dopo una notte siamo scappati. La posizione dell' hotel è l unico aspetto positivo (per quanto riguarda la vista mare). Peccato che il servizio navetta gestito con una golf car sia fornito solo all'arrivo . Per gli altri orari abbiamo dovuto pregare per farci recuperare in localita' Sant'Angelo subito dopo aver cenato visto che il servizio è sospeso dopo le ore 23.00. Neanche fosse un collegio...Inoltre le camere avevano un odore terribile. Gli arredi erano scadenti e molto datati. Nella nostra camera "superior" mancava un box doccia e il piatto doccia..c' era solo una tenda di plastica...
Il personale della reception ci ha trattato con sufficienza e scortesia, soprattuttolz sig.na Carmen...L hotel è datato e sarebbe completamente da ristrutturare.

Hotel Loreley exceeded our expectations! The views from the hotel were stunning. The staff was friendly and helpful, the breakfast was very good with multiple choices of both hot and cold foods and drinks, the room was comfortable and clean with air-conditioning. They provided lifts to and from restaurants and the beach. Would recommend for solo, friends or couples!

There was not enough information about the hotel, ie can’t be reached by Car, very steep climb to the hotel, you have to hire a buggy to take you up with luggage at a cost of €10 per person each way. The hotel runs a buggy service but not with luggage, only at certain times and pulls the service at the first sight of rain - not great when two of the people were in their 80s. I also need to know how to complain as a wardrobe door fell on my dad and knocked him flying across his room, he was very sore for the whole holiday as this happened on the first day. The air conditioning unit in the bedroom was also dripping onto the tiled floor in the bedroom which caused my mother who is 80 to fall and has a massive bruise on her outer thigh. She fell again at the very slippy tiles around the pool. The lady in reception is lovely as is Joshua at breakfast. Danny was nice too but hasn’t been there long. A couple of other members of the team on reception and the buggies were not friendly or helpful. The number to ring for the buggy wasn’t shared with us on arrival and when it was it didn’t work. Was then given WhatsApp which is ignored when it suits.
