⚠️ Hôtel à fuir ! ⛔️ Nous sommes tombés sur une chambre non climatisée, rendant le sommeil impossible tant il faisait chaud ! Seul un horrible ventilateur de plafond bruyant tentait de nous rafraîchir (totalement inefficace). Aucune décoration, des toilettes qui fuient par moments, et une douche aussi violente qu’un karcher, en plus d’être minuscule. Quelle honte de proposer une telle chambre ! Passons à la piscine (uniquement intérieure) : à peine 3 m² et extrêmement chaude (thermale), donc impossible de se rafraîchir en été ! Quant à la localisation de l’hôtel, c’est vraiment terrible. Aucune voiture ne peut y accéder, nous avons été obligés de marcher longtemps sous une chaleur écrasante, le tout dans une pente très raide ! Heureusement pour nous, nous n’avions pas payé pour la semaine. Nous sommes partis dès le lendemain matin ! La patronne n’a même pas cherché à comprendre pourquoi, elle n’était visiblement pas surprise… Bref, cet hôtel ne mérite pas 3 étoiles, même une seule serait déjà trop ! Alors oui, Carmen, vous êtes gentille, mais être gentil n’est pas un métier !

Tra mare e natura un'oasi di pace e bellezza inaudite. Svegliarsi con il fragore del mare, il cinguettio degli uccelli e la vista panoramica su Sant'Angelo è un qualcosa di impagabile. J ai passé une excellente nuit a la villa Franz. Carmen est le trésor de cette hôtel. Situé dans un coin de paradis sant Angelo avec sa plage de fumerole ou le sable est chaud. Vous pourrez rejoindre a pied ou en taxi bateaux l autre côté de sant Angelo et ses plages et restaurant. La chambre est propre et typique et la piscine chaude tellement appréciable ainsi que son sauna. Cependant le vrai plus est Carmen la responsable qui vous fait sentir a la maison et est très attentionné. Pour ceux qui veulent découvrir la perle de l ile c est sant Angelo et Carmen a la villa Franz.

Coming from a period of work and personal stress, I found everything I could wish for in this simple family-run structure with a warm and attentive welcome to guests by all the staff. I appreciated the lack of TV in the room, it brought me back to appreciating a good read or relaxing on the terrace with a breathtaking view of the bay. The excellent dishes are among the best I have tasted during my stay on the island... I only used the electric shuttle upon arrival with my luggage and then I enjoyed the walks to get to the guesthouse which were up and down but with small handrails and a view of the sea. For me, holidays are made up of simple and genuine things that bring me into contact with nature and the slow rhythms that we have lost every day. Thank you Carmen
