Mai host fu così maleducato
Appena arrivati non siamo stati accolti, neanche un buonasera, quasi inorriditi dal nostro arrivo.
Dopo aver comunicato di aver prenotato tramite Hotels, il proprietario scompare per qualche minuto, senza rivolgerci parola, e se ne ritorna con la chiave della camera senza darci alcun tipo di informazione.
Al check out, scopriamo che non aveva neanche visualizzato la prenotazione su Hotels e ci chiede il pagamento. Dinanzi a ciò, gli comunichiamo del pagamento già effettuato online e, dopo qualche minuto di smarrimento, ci lascia uscire dall'hotel, non convinto del pagamento.
Non ci era mai capitata una situazione del genere.

Die Zimmer & Badezimmer sind vor Kurzem renoviert worden und schön. Das Abendessen war sehr gut, und die Portionen mehr als ausreichend. Alles war sehr unkompliziert. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist gut.

In una giornata di caldo straordinario e fuori stagione ci siamo fermati a questo ristorante stante la chiusura degli altri siti sul lago di Caccamo. Mangiato un piatto e ci siamo fermati lì perchè pur non essendo cattivo non ci ha ispirato per il prosieguo. Infatti la pasta non era fatta in casa e quantità inferiore alle aspettative.

During my 1+ week journey in the area some place must be the worst. This restaurant won the title with a huge gap to the next one. Food quality is so low that only thing that competed with it was a poor service. And the cherry on top of this experience was the lack of menu so staff just read the list through in Italian and didn't mention prices. So in the end of the day I got a bill as high as in some better places in Rome.

Do not use this place for sleeping nor for eating. It's dirty, the service is poor - and most of all - they cheat you! At dinner one portion of antipasti was ordered to be divided and they charged for two portions. Main courses cost 10 euros, for which you should get quite a nice plate in Italy, but no, not in this place: chicken meant two small and dry "leg-pieces" and veal meant four very thin, cold cuts type slices. We ended up paying considerably more for this lousy dinner than what we had paid for excellent, abundant dinners the previous nights. We should have - of course - complained, but were just too tired at that moment, paid the bill and left.

Menu inesistente e quindi consigliato dal proprietario,4 crostini farciti,un tagliere salumi da conad 5 fette,2 tagliatelle al tartufo quasi buone,una grigliata pessima ,acqua ,2 bicchieri di vino 65 euro ,Sconsigliato vivamente.
