Hotel agradável, mas não vale o valor cobrado. Muito distante de ser um "resort". Os quartos , camas , banheiros não são nada confortáveis. Tudo muito antigo. As áreas comuns são bem conservadas, e vale a pena passar para conhecer. Se não fosse pelo alto valor que cobrado e pelo pouco que oferecem, poderíamos ter uma experiência melhor.

Gostamos muito , mas temos duas reclamações a fazer : a primeira é que em seu site existe condições de parcelamento o que não procede e como já havia debitado no cartão o visa não devolveu o valor em minha conta corrente e a segunda é que me colocaram em um quarto exclusivo PCD.

Estive agora em julho e achei tudo perfeito. Lugar com paisagismo maravilhoso, funcionários todos simpáticos e prestativos, a equipe de integração tanto das crianças e dos adultos são ótimos, a comida tem bastante variedades e é muito boa, só senti falta de ter caldos já que estamos em julho. Não teve nenhum dia dos 3 que fiquei, eu estava com uma criança de 2 anos e senti falta de um caldo, um purê, comidas que crianças gostam. Mas o restante foi maravilhoso e pretendo voltar.

Gostei muito da equipe de recreação todos muito atenciosos , tio Jota cuidou muito bem do meu filho e as tias que estavam com os adultos TB foram top. Oq deixou a desejar a academia tem que fazer manutenção dos aparelhos, esteiras muito ruins e algumas não funcionam . Vcs deveriam incluir bebidas não alcoólicas nas refeições a maioria dos hotéis que vamos são assim.

Dias agradáveis com muitos pontos de melhorias: vitrô no quarto para 3 pessoas que não veda o vento frio e o ar condicionado não aquece o cubículo da terceira cama; degrau para acesso ao banheiro e sem sinalização de dentro para fora dele, muito ruim para meu pai idoso; manutenções sem sinalização, cheiro de tinta/ verniz, impedimento de uso da piscina aquecida em razão de conserto dos caminhos de pedra; alguns pratos no almoço e jantar com muito sal, também ruim pra idosos. Foi um pouco "falta de cuidado" com os hóspedes dessa semana.
