The facilities are good, the food was not good, cold and of poor quality, the breakfast was very simple and had frozen fruits. At check out I did not obtain the NF for the service provided which outside of the consumer protection code, I used it, I paid and I have to receive my NF.

Atendimento excelente no local. Café da manhã muito bom. Arrumação dos quartos, impecável. Uma excelente localização, próxima ao aeroporto, que facilita muito a logística de quem está viajando a trabalho. Em resumo, super recomendo!!

Wi-Fi não funcionou, mesmo reclamando várias pessoas. Água fria do choveiro, não consegue esquentar por nada. A mesma reclamação de diversos hóspedes de outros quartos. Telefone não funcionava e quando precisava falar com recepção tinha que descer pra ir lá. Ar condicionado antigo e não gela o quarto todo. E não oferece lanche pra vendas como em demais hotéis. Quem chega com fome depois de meia noite, vai ficar com fome.
