Perfect stay on a return visit having not been for a few years. Rooms comfortable & spotlessly clean. Beautiful surroundings. Pools very welcoming. Staff friendly & attentive without being in your face. Easy walk to & from the harbour & restaurants.

Attractive hotel in lovely setting about 10 min walk to the harbour. Staff very friendly & breakfast was very good with wide variety of items including fresh fruit, pastries, omelettes and smoked salmon. Plenty of sun beds to sit around the pool.

I very rarely write reviews however unfortunately the negatives outweighed the positives, the hotel is a pleasant 3* but really doesn’t measure up to 4* standards. On the plus side the staff were very friendly, lovely ladies on the breakfast station. Breakfast fine but pretty average and tea and coffee were poor. They should be served even if the breakfast is buffet style. Beds were really comfortable. Pretty gardens. Worst problem was the soundproofing in the room, all rooms being labelled as fully soundproofed on the website. Ours had an interconnection door and without exaggeration you could hear every little sound from the room next door. Also the external door to the block slammed shut every time anyone went in or out, so definitely avoid ground floor rooms. Size wise the room was ok but was pretty basic and strange that a 4* hotel has only one bedside stable with just an empty space with plug sockets at the other side, no proper shaving/make up mirror in the bathroom, not a single drawer anywhere, and no duvet cover on a pretty ratty looking duvet?? Regardless of whether you book a suite or a standard room all should be up to 4* standard. The hotel may say these issues should have been brought to their attention, maybe so but a 4* hotel shouldn’t have these issues in the first place.

Everything about our stay at Mon Port was excellent. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional and the facilities were amazing. The rooms were very spacious and the pool and grounds were lovely - never feeling crowded despite there being a lot of guests. A relaxing break with the fabulous port and all it’s amenities a very pleasant and short walk away.

Great hotel: lovely comfortable room with very good en-suite showers and fabulous views. Hotel amenities are great 3 pools outside and one inside. This is the only hotel we go half board as the food is so good. The staff cannot do enough. The free Pilates classes were really good. The location is great 10 mins walk to the port with its port side bars and coffee shops and narrow pretty streets with independent shops. The bus service is 5 mins from the hotel with routes around the island and the nearby beach at St Elm

Just love this hotel and all the people who work there . Beautiful setting , so relaxed , amazing breakfasts and the hotel staff are incredible . So helpful and friendly and nothing is too much trouble . We booked a number of rooms for a wedding and everyone said what an amazing place to stay . My 83 mother was looked after So well (with reception sorting taxis etc when the transfer didn’t turn up ). Would highly recommend. We have staying in the past and will definitely be back.

Es war eine sehr schöne Woche in diesem Hotel. Das Personal war immer sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls unglaublich gut, das Beste es gab immer frisch gepressten Orangensaft. Die Zimmer waren sehr schön und geräumig mit einem schönen Balkon. Aber.....es gab weder im Zimmer noch im Badezimmer Haken um Sachen aufzuhängen. Im Badezimmer gab es nur 2 davon und man musste das kleine und große Handtuch auf einen Haken hängen. Ebenfalls fehlte in der Dusche eine Ablage für eigene Duschutensilien. Bitte dringend ändern. Was ebenfalls sehr sehr negativ war, war das Frühstück am Abreisetag, da wir schon um 6:30 abgeholt wurden. Wir hätten bestimmt kein vollständiges Buffet erwartet, aber nur Toast mit Käse und Wurst und ein bisschen Obst aufzutischen war wirklich eine Frechheit. Noch nicht mal Butter war dabei, schließlich haben wir das Frühstück noch mit bezahlt. Darüber bitte nochmal nachdenken. Aber ansonsten war es ein schöner Urlaub mit einer sehr schönen Anlage und einem sehr schönen Spa Bereich.

The staff are all so helpful, friendly and smiley. The breakfasts are excellent.Our junior suite was lovely and house keeping very good. We love the location to the Port and enjoy the walk there and back. We love a visit to St Elm whilst there. Would definitely recommend.

A mi señora y a mí nos fascinó el hotel, bien ubicado, cuartos amplios, el SPA una delicia las canchas de pádel increíbles … muy bonito el hotel , y San Andratx hermoso! Lo recomendamos ampliamente y sin duda volveremos a hospedarnos próximamente!
