Очень много моментов, которые не понравились то, что в отеле присутствует система монет. Если вы хотите какой-то напиток, Вы должны с собой носить монету , потом отдать монету, тогда вам сделают напиток , даже просто кофе вам нужно принести монету, а также вас это обязывает носить стаканы и самим всё убирать и себя обслуживать, тем самым они очень-очень экономят на персонале и получается на напитках, потому что вам иногда бывает лень бегать. Вы хотите полежать, вот, к примеру, Я была с ребёнком маленьким с коляской, И мне было неудобно. То есть я не могла даже взять себе попить, потому что мне нужно было идти с коляской, чтобы отнести эту монету, чтобы взять даже кофе или просто воды какой-то, а потом там же мне нужно было принести стакан обратно, чтобы забрать эту монету, и вайфай ловил только в номере, возле бассейна и в ресторане нет, лежаков возле бассейна так же не хватало на всех, приходилось вставать с самого утра чтоб получилось занять (что по их правилам нельзя делать) ну так увеличьте количество шезлонгов тогда

Camp de Mar is a quiet place, the hotel is easily accessible (us with the A 11 bus) from Mallorca airport. The structure is not new but has been well renovated and above all very clean. The all-inclusive formula used by many hotels certainly takes away some of the quality of the meals. But there was a large selection of fruit, bread, cereals, juices, smoothies, and many other things at breakfast.
For lunch and dinner I'm a little more reserved, but when I saw what some people put on their plates (fruit, meat and desserts together) I think it's better to be satisfied with the variety of foods offered. The deckchair area by the sea is too beautiful ( :—)) paid deckchairs ) but a marvel. Not a very large room but ours had a frontal sea view, a fairytale. Very pleasant bed linen and dream mattress (no back pain when waking up). Gym not up to the standard of a Hyatt.

First of all I’m basing review on summer holiday time so 4/5 pretty good. Location; The little beach outside hotel is beautiful. Not really big fan of sand so the loungers on manmade area are perfect for me. It’s a very quiet area with not much around hotel.. few restaurants, few shops and a supermarket. One of my daughters not very adventurous with food and looking at the menus in restaurants I’d be wasting money (not cheap).. if travelling in couple I’d defo try though as location and menu look good. Jet2 drop off is last one and long time so I’d defo get taxi if visiting this area and get the transfer back. Hotel; Very clean and tidy. Room cleaned daily, chased extra towel once but no major dramas. Rooms are very small but fine for me and 2 daughters. I’d booked the favourite club as extra.. the benefits of this are; Changed beach towels daily.. there’s a charge otherwise! There’s a snack room which you can get cold/hot drinks, sandwiches & cakes 24/7 which is pretty decent. Loungers on beach area are free (this is well worth considering the cost per day V the upgrade price as the pool area isn’t great in summer hols) There’s a separate room for dinner.. food is from restaurant as usual but it’s a lot quieter) Didn’t use adult area as with daughters but no pool so pointless to me! Hotel uses token system for drinks which you pay for and is refunded at end of stay.. keeps it clean and tidy. Food; For 10 days it’s pretty repetitive and I wouldn’t say great! Not much variety. Need more toasters for breaky. I don’t mind AI as usually eat out a few times but as I said it’s expensive area so keep that in mind. Overall I’ve had a good time considering how busy it is and the loungers on beach are life saver with pool… I’m not getting up at 7 on my hols for loungers! Staff are very good

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour ! L’hôtel était propre, et le personnel très agréable et à l’écoute. Le buffet était assez varié, même si, comme dans beaucoup d’hôtels en formule tout inclus, les plats finissent par se ressembler. Cela dit, il y avait un bon choix dès le départ. Petit conseil : ce serait une bonne idée d’ajouter un espace buffet spécialement conçu pour les enfants, afin qu’ils puissent se servir eux-mêmes plus facilement. La plage se trouve juste en bas de l’hôtel, ce qui est très pratique. La piscine, bien que relativement petite par rapport à la taille de l’établissement, ne posait pas de problème : il y avait toujours de la place. Si vous cherchez des vacances en famille, dans un cadre détendu, c’est l’endroit idéal !

I wanted to write this review to reassure people with a gluten sensitivity that there is plenty to eat. When reading reviews for this hotel, I was very worried that I would have to eat salad all week, as the reviews for gluten free food were not great! However, I was pleasantly surprised. I spoke to the chef on the first day who guided me through the dishes, the labelling, and also offered to cook gluten free pasta, chips and pizza for me at any time. (I did in fact only take them up on this once, when I fancied pasta one evening.) Yes, the labels weren’t always in the correct place, but common sense told me whether a dish was spaghetti or paella! And where I wasn’t sure I just asked, or avoided the dish. There is a dedicated section at breakfast with GF bread, cereals, muffins and biscuits, so I’m sure if you wanted a roll with your lunch or dinner, the staff would happily supply this. As I am not coeliac, I am only commenting as someone who is intolerant to Gluten and does not have to worry quite so much about ‘may contain’ dishes or cross contamination. As for other aspects of the hotel, the staff are very friendly and helpful, rooms are clean and tidy, although some of our group did have to chase clean towels on several occasions. The pool area was VERY busy, so we tended to use the adults only area, the beach, (there is an 18€ charge for 2 beds and an umbrella here) and a little area next to the sea, which belongs to the hotel. (An extra 5€ for a sun bed here.) All in all, we had a great holiday and left with lots of lovely memories.
