The service is not friendly and when doing the gym there was an incident where children under the age of 8 and more than 5 children who should not be allowed to enter ran around throwing sandals and not a single staff dared to act.
When swimming towels were not available and had to wait for delivery from the office and when arriving 1 room was only allowed 1 towel per room.
Often the concierge is empty to bring their own suitcases and belongings from the car to entering the room and checking out is the same because the Front Desk can never be contacted from the room.

room is spacious, and staffs are all well mannered. only request to the hotel is about the breakfast. I could see lots of small flies on the dinings at breakfast, on fruits, meats .. then I lost my appetite immediately .. need to do some pest control at breakfast, and I also want the hotel to have proper guide line for the venue for the breakfast, they said 1F or 6F , then it needs to be properly informed based on the plan to the guest accordingly.

Best hotel in South Tangerang so far, luxury hotel but affordable rate. Spacious room, nice view, clean swimming pool and suitable for family having todler.

It's clean, has a nice view, no noise, no weird smells, everything was perfect except for the location. It takes quite time for me to get to alam suetra or serpong. But, nevertheless, i will choose this hotel because everythingelse perfect including breakfast.

Pemandangan kamar menghadap Ocean Park.
Kamar cantik, sangat bersih, lebih seperti apartemen daripada hotel karena ada kitchen counter dan tempat cuci piring, tetapi tidak ada set alat makan.
Receptionis kurang senyum. Staff lain cukup friendly.
Overall OK.
