The location is beautiful. Even looking at it, I think it's ok. It's not too dirty. But it's just water. The water is stagnant. It's a bit annoying. If you can put some kind of pad on the veranda part. Is it carpet? Is it fake grass? It's just iron. The view is nice. But it's not convenient to sit. Please upgrade. That's just a skit.

The location is quite OK.
Poor maintenance (a lot of broken things in the room, sadly).
The cleanliness is very VERY POOR :(
In the room I stayed overnight in. I'm ok, though, to repeat my stay here if the cleanliness has improved significantly.

Very comfortable and peaceful place. Open the back door to see the river and fishing boats passing by. Room condition is spacious and suitable for a family with 1 queen bed and 3 single beds. The bathroom also has 2, only 1, only the sink can be used. Hope the resort can improve for more comfort to the guests who come in large numbers. Overall very satisfied and will come again next time while there is a floating market.
