Room quite okay, plenty of parking spots for self-driving, but the downsides are no food outlet nearby, need to travel away to eat, also the water dispensers were like abandoned, plus didn't provide the water heater for boiling water.

Good location, responsive room service, clean and comfortable room, fast check out. It was an excellent stay. Located slightly further away from city centre and therefore offers quiet surroundings for good rest. Room design is contemporary and I like it a lot.

The location of the hotel is just next to the restaurants, clinic, and laundry and walking distance to NSK. For MRT, also walking distance, it will take around 8–10 mins and will pass by Gaint. 99 marts also just opposite the hotel. So it's quite convenient.

This is my first experience booking a hotel room through Trip,com This first experience did not please me In Trip.com, the name of the hotel was told Serdang Business Hotel, but when it arrived, the name of the hotel was Sg Besi Hotel. This caused me and Grabcar to be confused Room No. 18 which I received many weaknesses. The room key cannot be locked, it worries me when I go out temporarily to go eat In the coin, the sound of animals running away is often noisy and the sound can also be heard in the windows I expected the noise to be a mouse and it disturbed my sleep. I am worried that the rats will bite or attack my belongings and myself I will not come to the hotel again because I am worried about the safety of myself and my belongings.
