I recieved torn towel. Blanket and bedsheet looks old with yellowish stain. need to improve in everything. not recommend to those stay with family.

Terrible service, the room was broken and given to the guest.
When we were about to move in, they said the room was uninhabitable, but they couldn't refund us immediately.
They asked us to book another room and pay for it first, ***!
We paid for one room, but couldn't stay in it.
They asked us to rent another room and charge for the second room.
*** Terrible service, no standard.
You guys messed up the whole trip, I lost all my mood
