seriously, when you arrive at the hotel, the counter is greeted by a Nepali/Bangla person who doesn't even speak Malay. When I asked if the family room could be checked, he said that someone else had already taken it, in the case that it had been booked online with the reason that the customer wanted to continue the stay. Ready to fight angrily and he offered to take two rooms instead. Do you want a refund? At last he referred to his branch hotel that is also near there. When you get to the room with the Aircond out, you have to move to the top floor, even with the Aircond to the sea, the toilet door can't be closed, even when the pump comes out, the toilet overflows. It's stressful when you bring a family like this, totally avoid this nonsense hotel.
