Great family hotel. We stayed at the Posthotel with the whole family for a week. We felt very comfortable, the food was delicious, the service very friendly and attentive. The offer for children was very good. The pool and wellness area very clean. I can only recommend the hotel. We will definitely come back.

Experience not to be repeated absolutely! The receptionist with a snobbish air treated us with condescension just because we were southerners... Terrible service in relation to what we paid. Never again in this structure!

Very nice, new room for 2 adults and 1 toddler in a slightly smaller bed. The childcare was top notch, our daughter felt very comfortable right away and so we were able to enjoy our delicious 5-course dinner in peace. The food was just top notch, you can eat practically all day, perfect with hungry children :-). The swimming pool is also very nice, as is the wellness area. The staff was always friendly. There are also guided bike tours with the hotel's own guides, these are free and also highly recommended (except for possible train rides and equipment rental). The region itself is perfect for families, there are endless playgrounds and themed hiking trails. We will definitely be back!

Staff super friendly! Hence the two points :) but 4.80 for 0.25L of beer is an absolute disgrace!!! At 2500m in Berg Diamant and in all other pubs, beer costs between 5.20 and 5.60 euros for 0.5L. Let's see how it goes in winter. They were always there 4 years ago...
