Anantya Serengeti
4.7/57 Reviews
Hotel health dining is very good, facilities are very new, room WiFi is not very good, no hot water staff quickly solved. Hotel location is relatively remote around a lot of animals, you can see lions nearby in the morning
Seronera Wildlife Lodge
3.9/523 Reviews
It can be regarded as a cost-effective choice in the Serengeti. The facilities are relatively old and only have electricity and hot water in the morning and evening. The environment is good, the rooms surround a large courtyard, small animals such as antelopes sometimes run in on the lawn next to it, and giraffes sometimes appear outside the restaurant. There is a high platform next to the rock with a wide view, and you can enjoy the sunrise and sunset over the grassland.
Mbuzi Mawe Serena Camp
4.7/528 Reviews
When we arrived at Mbuzi Mawe, I felt like I had stepped onto a movie about a safari. Yes we stayed in “tents” but these are tents with real floors, real beds, hot water, and 24-hour electricity (and Wi-fi). At the same time this is very much the wild as when our escort came to take us to dinner he pointed out several African Buffalo less than 5 yards from the doors of our tents and we absolutely heard the lions at night. Our dinner was excellent - be sure to try the Serengeti Balls (they are amazing chocolate cake balls) - and the local Tanzanian dish was highly flavorful. This was the only place on our safari where we were given the option of picking what we wanted for lunch the following day in some level of detail which was nice. We had also arranged a brief walking safari. We were accompanied by a nature guide who provided us with an interesting orientation to the flora and fauna of the area and adapted our route when part of the path was blocked by buffalo. We were also joined by one of the park rangers too. The walk was not long or difficult and it was a nice chance for us to see things on foot instead of from a vehicle and is something I would recommend if you have the chance.
Four Seasons Safari Lodge Serengeti
4.7/548 Reviews
From the moment we arrived at the Four Seasons Serengeti, we were captivated by its extraordinary ability to blend luxury with the untamed beauty of the savannah. This is not just a hotel—it’s an unforgettable journey into the heart of the Serengeti, where every detail has been thoughtfully curated to create a seamless and immersive experience for guests. The warm welcome we received from Marisa, Matthew, and Ashley made us feel as though we were returning home rather than checking into a resort. The sentiment of ”This is your home” was not just a slogan but an ethos that defined our stay, radiating through the attentiveness of every team member. Ashley’s exceptional attention to detail and seamless communication ensured that every element of our trip flowed perfectly. Operating a five-star property in the Serengeti is no small feat. With wild animals roaming freely and nature serving as both a breathtaking blessing and a constant challenge, it requires an extraordinarily well-trained and dedicated team. The Four Seasons team handles this complexity with an ease and professionalism that left us in awe. From managing wildlife encounters to ensuring the highest safety and service standards, their skill was evident in every aspect of our stay. The planning of our activities was flawless. The game drives were impeccably coordinated and led by an outstanding guide, whose deep knowledge, passion, and sharp eye made every drive a thrilling adventure. Sundowners in scenic locations added magical touches, while quiet moments between excursions gave us time to reflect and appreciate the vast beauty surrounding us. The fitness center deserves special mention. Overlooking the breathtaking savannah, it is equipped with state-of-the-art Technogym machines and provides an inspiring setting for staying active—even in the middle of the wilderness. Working out while gazing at the endless horizon made exercise feel like part of the adventure itself. The unsung heroes of the property are undoubtedly the housekeeping team. Their impeccable attention to detail, efficiency, and care were constants throughout our stay. Every time we returned to our room, it felt like stepping into a sanctuary—tidy, serene, and always prepared with thoughtful touches. This behind-the-scenes excellence played a significant role in our overall comfort and experience. The property itself is beautifully integrated into its surroundings. Every aspect of the design respects the natural environment, making it feel like a harmonious extension of the Serengeti. The resort also celebrates local Maasai culture in an authentic and meaningful way, offering guests the opportunity to engage with and appreciate the region's heritage without compromising on luxury. Ultimately, it is the people who made our stay extraordinary. The staff’s passion, dedication, and personal touches went far beyond what we’ve experienced elsewhere, setting a new standard for excellence in hospitality. From the guides

We were three days in this beautiful hotel. The hotel is located directly in Serengeti and impressed with a splendid view. The entire facility is lovely and typically African furnished. We got a room upgrade to the most beautiful room we've ever seen, thank you! All staff is very friendly and helpful. All tours we could book on site daily and also thank Arnot to our super driver just enjoy. Thanks! Depending on Safari wishes, a tour can be organised by the hotel. We would recommend the Safari package with lunch in the Serengeti, because such a great lunch had the other visitors there not ;-), thanks to the kitchen team at this point. The biodiversity of the animals here is impressive. The hotel's food and drink offer is excellent just as the service, thanks to the entire F&B team for the great time. Restaurant Boma is especially recommended. The view from the restaurants is also unforgettable. We would come back here at any time and recommend the hotel warmest.
Serengeti Serena Safari Lodge
4.4/55 Reviews
Stayed for 4 days, every hotel staff was very enthusiastic and they would take the initiative to say hello to me. The hotel environment is very good, on a small hill about 30 kilometers from the Seronella airport, the room can overlook the Serengeti steppe. The hardware facilities are acceptable, the sanitation is relatively clean, and it is completely acceptable. I'm most satisfied with the food, especially the fried noodles. I think they made me the fried food directly.
