The best -what a hotel-upgraded us to a suite- interiors etc all 7 star-small touch- like placing a sunglass cleaner near the sun glasses-having a cleaning service for your camera-excellent food and drinks-they packed a superb lunch for us -which we had in the middle of the Serrengetti- wine et all-fab breakfast- and all the staff were simply Superb-DID NOT WANT TO LEAVE

We really liked this place. We thought they were thoughtful, had strong attention to detail, good amenities and tasty, global food options. We had a peculiar situation fall upon us during our visit, and while it was initially challenging to find the right person to go to (we had to follow up four times to ensure we were heard); however, once it was understood, we felt the FS team handled this appropriately. We would come back, and we were pleased with our experience.

We had an amazing stay here at Four Seasons Safari Lodge!! From the moment we arrived everyone was so kind and welcoming. We booked our trip pretty last minute and Nicetas at the front desk was very accommodating and helped us coordinate all our activities perfectly. He was very patient with us as we kept changing our schedule. We are also very grateful for Brigitte who helped arrange our stay and pick us up/drop us off at the airport. The whole team always greeted us with big smiles every time we came and went from the lodge. We loved hanging by the infinity pool and enjoyed chatting with Alex! He always was so happy to see us and made us feel so welcome. The food was excellent and even when we had to cancel our bush dinner due to the rain, the team still managed to make it a special evening for us and set us up in a private room with the same bush dinner menu. It was so yummy! Our room was very comfortable, clean, and had a stunning view! The lodge itself is very beautiful and well maintained. The one who really made our trip extra special and so memorable was our Safari guide Gasto! He was absolutely amazing and so knowledgeable!!! He took very good care of us each day and went out of his way to make sure we had a good time. Huge thank you to Gasto for keeping us laughing all day and being so kind! We will never forget you!
