Our guide Jacob made our the trip special. He saw a lot of animals and we got to see a huge variety of wildebeest. The people who served were the most kindest people I’ve ever met. The views from my room was amazing. I will recommend this lodge to my friends and family.

The hospitality extended beyond just one property. The manager was incredibly helpful and made sure that our subsequent stays at other Meliá properties maintained the same outstanding level of service. That extra layer of care truly elevated our entire journey. I will back next year.

This place is so, so nice. While it takes a bit to get to, like anything in the Serengeti, once you are there you are overwhelmed with the beauty of the infinity pool overlooking the plains. Truly something exceptional. The rooms are super big, super modern and well appointed. The best we stayed in on our safari. Highly recommend. Dont forget your swimsuit, and if you do they have a great store to buy one.

We had hoped to stay at the Four Seasons during the Serengeti portion of our private safari with Soul of Tanzania but it was full so booked here instead, and are so glad we did. Absolutely one of the most beautiful and welcoming places we've ever stayed. The Tanzanian people are friendly to begin with, but everyone at Melia goes above and beyond. The views, the rooms, the food, all beyond compare. The meals were exceptional, and there was so much of it we couldn't eat it all! We learned to listen to the menu at each meal and decline anything that we weren't sure we'd finish, to avoid wasting food, but everything we did try was utterly delicious. We also spent plenty of time at the bar trying to many different drinks on offer, and my son and husband had fascinating conversations with the Maasai elders who literally guard the lodge with spears and will walk you to and from your rooms at night. All around an incredible experience that we will remember forever.

A most extraordinary property. The views are spectacular, roo s with balcony are large and private. The service is 5 star plus plus. Food is scrumptious!! Cleanliness is spotless, their staffs attention to your needs are fantastic. I highly recommend staying here.

I have visited Melia Serengeti 3 times over the last five years. Each time it becomes more special to me. The food, the people, the lodge itself all come together to be amazing. I hope to visit again soon. I highly recommend it. David, who seems to manage the facility with John always works to exceed expectations. Nathaniel and Frieda are special too along with all of the other staff.
