Staff were friendly. Location is convenient. Room didn't provide toothbrush but the reception is selling it for RM4. The room have shampoo and shower gel and hair dryer. The window curtain and bedding have some stains. But overall seems clean. Aircond is strong. Bidet and shower have good water pressure but the toilet takes longer to flush.

Very comfortable stay, bed and pillow are very comfy, aircon working well, toilet exhaust fan working well and keep the toilet dry very effectively, toiletries and towel good quality. Room service doing a good job too.
But for longer business stay a bit inconvenient as there is no proper wardrobe for all your clothing, and table is too small to do your work, barely enough space to fit in a small size laptop and ipad, and your water bottle.

Rooms are great and the staff are nice. A lil chaos during the breakfast but overall experience are great. Walking distance ti KLCC and pavilion.
