On February 1, I came to Negeri Sembilan with my family during the New Year, and spent a wonderful night here on the way. Because the hotel I booked temporarily did not have a large family room, I chose a room with 5 single beds as the second choice. At first, I just asked, the Indian lady at the counter was smiling and the super friendly security brother was great. They provided a lot of help, especially the security brother directed traffic on rainy days, and helped to lead the elders into the lobby with an umbrella to wait.
The overall hygiene is great, except for some small details that need to be strengthened. The pillows on the bed, the floor of the bathroom and the hair on the washbasin are not cleaned up, which will make the next guest feel less tidy (maybe accidentally dropped when cleaning).
Some depressions in the room and bathroom floors are not clearly marked, which will be inconvenient for the elderly, and they may accidentally trip.
It is also recommended to provide "Danger‼️" or "Warning⚠️" stickers on the glass of the shower area in the bathroom, because I didn't know the room type for the first time and even I accidentally bumped into it... I have to praise the sanitation for wiping the glass too clean.
The facilities are all in good working order because the hotel is very new, except that the air conditioner makes a sharp noise at night when cooling.
It is recommended to provide iron/plastic spoons for elderly guests to make drinks. The elderly get up early at 3-4 o'clock to eat cereal and can't stir it with hot water. Toiletries (toothbrush and toothpaste) are not provided. Fortunately, I brought my own. It was too early and I didn't want to bother the front desk staff.
The meals provided for breakfast are very good. The dishes are divided into several categories and are rich in nutrition. Adults and children all enjoyed the meal. The lady waiters in the restaurant are very friendly. I really didn't expect that there would be so many surprises and touches in the hotel where I decided to stay for one night. Thank you 👍 I will choose here next time.
