There couldn’t have been a better place to stay for the night we were attending a wedding at Violin Garden right next door. The room we stayed in was clean, adequately equipped and had a lake view; but it was a bit small for 2 people, it had only one seat, and there was no cleaning brush in the toilet. The reception staff were very attentive and helpful in every way. The breakfast place by the lake was very nice; it was impossible to finish both in terms of variety and quantity; but the latte coffee we got was added to our bill as an invoice, it could have been a treat. They shouldn’t be after such small bills for those staying.

Rüya gibi bir hafta sonu
Otel Sapanca Gölünün tam kıyısında mükemmel bir lokasyonda. E-5 üzerinde. Bahçede açık havuz var. Göl manzaralı odada kaldık. Bahçesi çok güzel, kahvaltı ve yemeği bahçede yedik. Personel çok profesyonel ve kibar. Serpme kahvaltı veriliyor. Çok lezzetli ve doyurucu. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.

The biggest problem was poor of reception, and Wifi did not really work properly. Room was ok, when we checked in, they did not give us the room type that we booked, so we asked them to switch us to Superior room Lake View which we paid for, and they did. That was not proper service, everything else was ok, they did not have toiletries, very noisy outside because of the event, the pool was good.

Konumu güzel yerde biz kara manzaralı almamıza rağmen boş olduğu için bize göl manzarası oda verdiler. Teşekkür ederiz. Temizlik konusunda gerçekten çok iyilerdi her yer tertemizdi. Kahvaltı serpme gauet yeterli ve lezzetliydi. Biz akşam yrmrği için de restaurantı tercih ettik lezzetleri çok iyiydi fiyat normaldi. Gititğimiz gün açık hava sineması vardı çok iyiydi güzrl bi tatil geçirdik teşekkürler
