Breathtaking view.. very good staff ...so so breakfast but it all covered with the view

I had amazing experience at spa. The staff were so welcoming and the atmosphere was incredibly relaxing. Maya's massage was fantastic, she was helpfull and provide great service. I will definetely be back.

Providing a great experience to paying guests is about assembling ALL the necessary pieces of a jigsaw: The setting, the rooms, the food and drink, the facilities. I want to try and be fair in our review of our stay at the Adiwana Jelita Seruba Natuna, but there were problems with two of the most centrally important jigsaw pieces: food and drink. If at times we felt a little disappointed I think it was because we had what proved to be unrealistic expectations. But those expectations had come from the hotels’ own website. Adiwana have twelve other properties, all boutique hotels, all in Bali except this hotel. Their website for their outpost on the remote island of Natuna sets out to create expectations of a luxury experience. “We welcome… visitors looking to enjoy a personalized luxury beachfront experience…” “Come and enjoy fine dining, gastronomic delicacies and excellent service…” “OMBAK BAR: Sip on our flagship Adiwana cocktail and take in panoramic views of the ocean. Ombak Bar is located on a deck overlooking the ocean. The fresh sea breeze will remind you of your tropical location while our world class cocktails, healthy juices, and healing teas bring comfort and luxury to your day.” The hotel is in a beautiful setting. The grounds are tropical, green and beautifully maintained. As is so often the case in Indonesia, rather than one building you get a number of buildings spread out across the grounds. Reception, restaurant, bar, ball room, hotel rooms, all in separate buildings. All leading directly on to small sandy beaches with spectacular rocky outcrops and not one but two infinity pools. It is drop dead gorgeous. The staff are all friendly and committed to delivering great service. But they are not given the tools they need to do so. We are on a tariff that includes ‘dinner every night in the Napoleon restaurant.’ There are several challenges to overcome. Firstly, at least 60% of the entire menu is unavailable. Always, whether we are paying (at lunchtimes) or in the evening as part of our tariff. While breakfast is effectively three courses and a drink (fruit platter, pastries, cooked breakfast) ‘Dinner’ means a restricted choice of main courses. No starter, no pudding, no drinks, no water are included. Moreover, the rules governing our tariff were never clear and always changing: Night 1: ‘Each night we will offer you four choices from the menu.’ (To be honest, it felt like we were watching this ‘rule’ be invented in front of us.) Night 2: ‘Please eat from the BBQ in the garden’. (It was lovely!) Night 3: Waiter: ‘Tonight it is burger’. Us: (A little reluctantly) ‘Ok, 4 burgers please’ Waiter goes away and comes back: ‘Actually, we only have three burgers, we can offer you a club sandwich instead.’ Menu description: ‘American triple sandwich style consisting of fillings chicken Parmesan,smoked beef, sliced cheese, open omelet and vegetables.” Imagine our surprise when our three burgers arrive with a club sandwich which

The beds and pillows are so comfotable and the views and the staff is incredible. The pool and beaches are great!!! The island is very safe🙂
