My experience at this hotel was disappointing due to the poor condition of the room. Despite requesting and being willing to pay extra for a larger space, I was greeted with several issues upon arrival.First, there were poorly plastered areas on the ceiling, one above the air conditioner and another right above the bed. The worst issue, however, was the toilet bowl, which had stains and grime buildup at the bottom. Additionally, there was a large gap in one of the ”airplane” windows, offering an undesirable view behind the wall. The wallpaper was badly degraded and in dire need of replacement, and the door laminates were peeling off at the bottom.Overall, these conditions left a very negative impression of the hotel. While the location is convenient, the state of the room was unacceptable. Seeing is believing.

Very good sleep and rest before my flight! The staffs are really helpful and attentive, especially the girl at the reception, who gave a warm and friendly welcome :) Good cleanliness! Good location and shuttles for the airport. Definitely recommend!

Room is clean and we are given a room not facing the road so its good. Have a quiet night before our flight. Near to klia. Recommended for a short stay before flying. Definitely will come back again.

Sheik and modern hotel, nice facilities including a fabulous swimming pool and gym c treadmills, an elliptical, weight machines and yoga mats. There are also SPA services available. Exactly what I was looking for as respite from budget travel while waiting for Vietnam visa near Kuala Lumpur airport. Location is good for airport access but it’s a bit far from central Kuala Lumpur to go in for dinner. Breakfast is buffet style, 45 MYR and very good with wide variety of options. The hotel is new and staff seem to out number guests at this point. I was glad to have this hotel near the airport option but hopefully will not find myself in this predicament again.

I stayed here two weeks for an event. The room was really great, the staffs very helpful and lovely. The buffet food was delicious. There serve variety of food and desert everyday. The environment is so nice. I give 5 stars to this hotel.

Booked a room with a queen size bed. The 9m² room is really small for 2 people to stay inside but because its just for 4-5 hrs of sleep, so I'm fine with it. The room has aircond and fan in it, no TV, no internet. However the room aircond somehow is not cold that night no matter how I adjust it. The remote seems to be working but at times it seems like it's not working. It's room 107. Room has 2 socket plug for charging purpose. Had to Grab to KLIA airport which is like rm30-35 because the 5am shuttle bus is full when I asked abt it during my check in at midnight. P/s: I didn't managed to snap pic of the room and bathroom.

Nice, clean, spacious room. Very comfy. Friendly & efficient check-in and check-out staff. Stayed here to attend a 500+ pax event. Hall is big and comfortable with toilets close by. Event food is acceptable.

I just stayed at Moxy Putrajaya, right next to IOI Mall, and honestly, it was awesome. From the moment I arrived, I felt totally recognized – the crew called me by name which made a huge difference and made me feel right at home. The room was spotless, with loads of thoughtful touches in the amenities that made my stay super comfy. But the real highlight? The people! The crew was all about fun and super friendly vibes. I met Dharmen at the bar and chatted with a couple of trainees – their energy and engagement were off the charts. They made sure everyone was having a good time, recommended some cool spots to check out, and really went the extra mile to make my stay special. The whole a**osphere at Moxy is both lively and chill, perfect whether you’re there to relax or looking to mingle and have a good time. Thanks to the Captain, for organizing all this. Can’t wait to go back to Moxy Putrajaya. If you’re looking for a place with fun vibes and thoughful spirited people, this is it. Totally recommend!
