The place is ok, affordable but the heater in my room not working. Also the place too crowded at night. Hopefully their improve the facility of the hotel in future. Tv either not working as well. Only got 1 channel only itupn banyak semut2 keluar kt siaran tv.

Very good sleep and rest before my flight! The staffs are really helpful and attentive, especially the girl at the reception, who gave a warm and friendly welcome :) Good cleanliness! Good location and shuttles for the airport. Definitely recommend!

very satisfied with this stay. pay cheap for 1 night but the condition of the room is like a luxurious room that is as big as a 5-star hotel and very beautiful. a very large and long swimming pool. many young people in the surrounding area such as banks, retail stores, shopping malls, street food and various restaurants. it only takes 10 minutes to get to the airpot. what can i say its worth for the price i paid and what i got. Thank you also to the host who is very friendly and helpful with all questions and fast respoint.

Room is clean and we are given a room not facing the road so its good. Have a quiet night before our flight. Near to klia. Recommended for a short stay before flying. Definitely will come back again.

However, it may not be ideal for those looking to explore Kuala Lumpur’s city center due to its far distance. The buffet spread was delicious and varied, adding to the overall experience. While there is no covered parking, free parking is provided for staying guests. Normal guests parking is at a flat rate of RM10 if im not mistaken. My room was well-equipped with all basic necessities, and I appreciated the hotel’s commitment to environmental sustainability, with no single-use plastics and mostly recyclable items. However, my room had a minor issue with a loose toilet pipe, which caused some leakage. Despite this, my overall stay was comfortable.

Great stay! We had family dinner and booked 8 rooms! The front desk was so helpful and trying to get all the rooms nearer and same blocks The deluxe room is huge and the superior room is perfect! The dinner pic mr Ameerul is very responsible person as well as helpful! We had a great time and awesome dinner. We enjoyed the live band so much Overall it’s a perfect place to stay! Will definitely come again 👌

My stay was super pleasant and my niece really enjoys the pool! Mind you, the pool shared with the shaftbury residence and they are salt water pool! The pool is very big, make sure to bring your swimsuit, you will not regret it! However there were no shoes in the room, we opened all the drawers but found none. Probably had to ask from the reception but it's okay, nothing much on that as their floor is not tiles nor hard hardwood floower. The services of their staff, like always from Accor group, top notch. There are different lift from parking lot (we park at B1) to the other floor, their staff even help pointing us to the right direction. Make sure to bring your TnG with you so you can validate it for free parking. I booked via Trip so it comes with breakfast, but boy they didn't disappoint. The breakfast buffet, like my previous stay in another Mercure hotel, SUPERB! Kudos to the chef/baker who served and made the croissant sandwich from table to table, love their croissant and fillings! Kudos to the chef who prepared my scramble the way I requested. And also to that delicious nasi lemak. Plus, that surprising ice cream for breakfast which of course, the most enjoyable one for my niece. Just that we went for breakfast quite late around 9am so the refill is a bit slow on some food but we still manage to taste almost all of them (except for the noodle station). and the restaurant used for breakfast buffet is so big that you can sit far from other guests.

I’ve stayed here previously and it was very good but this time the experience was not so good. I was welcomed to an unpleasant smelling room, the bathroom wasn’t very clean, the fridge had condensation which left a small puddle on the floor, the WiFi did not work in the room and to top it off the key card stopped working and maintenance had to be called to let me in the room after a tiring day. So overall a very unpleasant stay this time.
