Our connecting flight in Kuala Lumpur was delayed, so we arrived at the hotel to check in at 3am. However, at 7am, a housekeeping staff kept knocking on the door and asked us when we would check out. ? ? ***Bar! I was already tired because of the flight delay, and now he woke me up! ! ! Then I couldn’t fall asleep! ! The experience is very bad! ! ! Then we went to swim in the swimming pool at 10 o'clock in the morning, and a housekeeping staff asked us when we would check out? ? (Not sure if it’s the same person! I suggest checking the surveillance!) I just want to know that the check-out time is 12 o’clock, why do you keep asking us when to check out? ? Are they trying to kick us out? This is the first time I’ve encountered a hotel that disturbs guests’ rest! ! ! Terrible! ! And the room soundproofing is very poor! The sounds in the corridor can be heard clearly! !

不管環境還是衞生，包括早餐都是不錯的

I stayed here for a while during the transit at the airport. Although there is a swimming pool, it is very hot and humid. The room is a board building with poor sound insulation. The sound of airplanes and people talking is very loud. The air conditioner is also very noisy.

It's ok for a connection, but the shuttle runs too infrequently. They could have done it at least once every half hour. There's nothing around the hotel.
