Seongnam Hotels with Gym

My second time here for a week-long stay and things were better than I remembered! Staff proactively helped me with my several luggages and early check in, bath gel and conditioner were of good quality and I was glad to be assigned a room facing the main view of Pangyo ☺️☺️ my first choice for a business trip’s stay as my office is 30 minutes away. 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

location wise far away from everthing. hotel facility and room itself is good. staff is kind and supportive for taxi booking

I booked this hotel for my business clients. 1. Location is quite good as it is close to Gangnam area. 2. Hotel was clean and cannot complain about it. 3. Front desk staffs were friendly. But if you try to dial them for the extension of the stay, it was so difficult to make a phone call with the front desk. No response in many cases. There was no bell boy and no concierge service at all. You will have to carry your own bags, no matter how big it is. If you get the room for your business clients, it can be very embarrassing as they do not provide such a concierge service. I hope the hotel management increases the number of employees for the concierge service. 4. facilities were good.

It’s a good hotel but the service at the counter can be better as well as the pool service. You’re only allowed to use the pool during selected hours and even if there is no one there they will tell you to leave. Also I asked to book a bus trip back to the airport and I got the worst seat. She could have asked me which seat do I prefer.

It's good that it's close to the limousine bus stop. The room was spacious and comfortable. Because it was winter, the floor was warm with an ondol heating system. Some people might find it inconvenient that the bathroom is glass-walled. There are many restaurants nearby, the city bus stop is nearby, and the subway is also close by. I think the location is great for people who have business in the area. I didn't use it this time, but it seems there is a service that will take you to the limousine bus stop after you check out. Just for reference.

This is my second stay. Unlike last time, I got the room type I originally booked because there was an additional benefit. Unlike last time, there was a slight cigarette smell, so I was curious. Why is it a non-smoking room? I wondered if the window was open for ventilation, but I don't know if the previous guest smoked or if the smell came in from outside. The bathroom had a bathtub, but the shower structure in the bathtub was a bit inconvenient, and there was a lot of mold on the shower curtain, which was unpleasant. Aside from that, I'm satisfied.

The room was huge, which was nice, but overall it was dark and didn't have any windows (motel?) There was a styler and a microwave, but I didn't use it. I was surprised that the bathroom trash can was full of trash, as if they had forgotten to clean it. There were more outlets than I expected, but strangely they all didn't fit well into the holes, making it inconvenient to charge. The location is close to Seohyeon Station, so it's nice that there are plenty of restaurants, cafes, and bars nearby. Parking is mechanical, but they provide valet parking.

Upon arrival at check in, we were given welcome cookies which came at a right time as we had arrived fairly late in the evening. A very pleasant stay. The room was bright and very spacious. We booked the breakfast - a very good selection of food.

Amazing stay, everything was clean and professional. Great amenities, gym was beyond expectations. Had all the equipment you need for a great workout. Decent location and free parking if you have a car. Highly recommend.
