호텔객실은 깔끔하게 잘되있었네요
카운터에서 체크인.아웃시 빠르게 진행되어 아주좋았어요.
특히 조식같은경우는 호텔안에있는 뷔폐가아닌
맞은편 일반식당에서 한식.라면.죽 등 하루전 미리 먹을음식 정해놓고 먹어야하네요.
대체적으로 가격대비 조용하고 침구류도 깔끔.조식 음식황태국.성게미역국 전복죽 모두만족햏ㄴ습니다.

5박을 머물렀고 매일 청소가능해서 좋았지만...
3일쯤 후부턴 제대로 청소가되지않은듯 겉으로만 청소한
느낌이라 아쉬웠고 커피포트와 가습기는 매일 확인해서
반납된 부분에 한해 제공되어 5박이나 있었음에도 3일후
부터 대여가능했던게 불편했다 수차례 전화걸거나 프론
트가서 문의했지만 11시까지 체크아웃될때 바로 가능하다
는게 뭔가 체계적이지 못하단 생각이들었다 연락받은 방부터 메모를 하던가 다른방법을 찾아 투숙객의 편의를 최선으로 해야할 호텔측의 배려가 부족했다고 생각되는데... 조식 신청
해서 먹어보고 대실망 돈아깝단 생각보단 불쾌하고 두번다시 이용하고 싶지않은 서비스... 조식인데 추운날씨에 대충데워 가져다준 전복죽은 차갑기만했고 완전 무성의했다 두번 다시 이용안할것같은생각 제주도에서 제주시부터 성산읍 서귀포
까지 모두 머물면서 가장 기대했고 가장오래 머물기로 예약했던곳이라 기대가 큰 만큼 실망도 아쉬움도 많았던곳 조금더 개선이 된단면 크고 넓은 객실수를 보유하고 좋은 입지조건을 더 잘 이용할 수 있을텐데...아쉽단 생각이 들었다....

가성비가 너무 좋은 호텔이였습니다.. 걸어서 갈수 있는 주변 관광지도 있었구요 객실에서 보이는 바다뷰도 좋고 조식 도 맛나게 먹었네요~~나중 재방문 할게요

The room was spacious and clean overall
But the bed mattress didn't seem that great
When the person next to me moves or gets up, it automatically wakes up ㅋㅋㅋㅋ
And it's a bit humid
Even though it's winter, it's humid so I kept the ventilation on
As soon as I went in, oh, the humidity came up~
The parking lot is crowded
But it's on the 2nd basement level, so there was a spot even when I went in in the evening~
It's good that there's a convenience store right below
And it's easy to walk to Olle Market~
It's also close to Oenjeong Gimbap, so it was good!
