직원분들이 정말정말 친절하셨습니다.
시설 부분은 다른 곳들을 많이 다녀보지 않아 비교하기 어렵지만 직원분들의 친절함은 어디와 비교해도 친절하다 할 수 있을만큼 친절하셨습니다.
여행 도중 사고로 부상을 입었는데 무료 전동 휠체어까지 숙소에서 빌릴 수 있었습니다. 다시한번 벵가스테이에서 머무르고 싶습니다.

The hotel looks like a resort in photo, but in reality it is slightly disappointing, so you need to manage your expectation as a budget friendly hotel.
Let's go over the plus side first: The room is big, which is a big plus. It is in the seongsan area, within good driving distance to sightseeing places and food. It is not walk-able, but I think most of Jeju is not anyways, no complain there. Free parking is available.
Ok, the negative side. The toilet paper roll is placed in a really old plastic holder on the wall, which fell off the wall one night and woke everyone up. There are quite a few mosquitos that flew in the room, i m not sure if this is a Jeju issue or the hotel issue. Nonetheless, the mosquito protection net seems to have small holes and doesn't seem to shut all the way, so you can't open the window and depend on the mosquito net. The toilet paper roll may be a one time issue, the mosquito problem might not be the hotel's problem, but the following one definitely is: The hotel was hammering things right next to our room at 8am one morning, 8:00am on the dot. May be it is the worker's schedule? May be it is the legal time to make noise? But not everyone wakes up at 8am, and certainly not your customers.

The hotel is not new, the location is not bad, but far from everything. The nearest gs25 or cu is about km. The furniture is old, the air conditioner did not cool at all, the bathroom has a coating. There was a kitchen, but you can't cook in it. Very strange.
