Haeilri Pool&Spa Hotel

This villa is one of the top three I've ever stayed in. There are plenty of photo-taking facilities, the cafe's bread is delicious, and guests receive cafe coupons. The check-in guy in the lobby was very welcoming. The air conditioning in the room is on the second floor, so it's not too hot. A toothbrush, toothpaste, slippers, and other amenities are provided. Our favorite part is the open-air private bath. The decor is Japanese-style, very clean and elegant, and there's a small table. We soaked in the bath at night, right next to the reflections on the ocean. It was so chill! My best friend and I spent nearly two hours there. The pool is open in the summer, so we went for a long swim at sunset. It was absolutely beautiful. (The piano has been replaced with a fake one, probably for better preservation. For those who want to play the piano, forget it! :/) Also, taxis are very convenient and fast. We used Kakao T and it was instantly dispatched. There are also many restaurants and convenience stores within a kilometer of the hotel. 저희 행복한 시간을 잘 보냈어요 진짜 감사합니다😃

The service was truly terrible. Most of the time, the front desk was empty, so check-in was impossible. My luggage was unattended. After finally getting a guy, he was incredibly arrogant. I have to complain about this guy. I don't know where he gets his confidence from, constantly raving about how Chinese people don't know this or that. He said Chinese people have never seen a clothes dryer, automatic curtains, can't tell the difference between floor heating and air conditioning controls, and don't know to change into slippers when entering a room... There are many people overseas who are like this, with stereotypes and limited knowledge. They've rarely left their home country and are inexplicably confident. If you like this location, I recommend checking in and taking photos. Staying here will only ruin your experience with the service.
