看到網上眾多好評，訂了這家濟州島最好的酒店，總體感覺非常失望！
原來預訂的帶花園水療的房型，不僅房間佈局侷促，再看小小的陽台上放着一個小小的木質泡桶就是所謂的水療？真是覺得滑稽可笑…..外面剛下過雨，露天的陽台和泡桶都飄滿了樹葉雜草，根本不敢使用！果斷要求更換到了公寓房型。公寓房佈局還不錯，也夠寬敞，但是把兩邊的洗手間門關上一段時間就會有很大的返臭味，淋浴出水的温度也不穩定，會時不時突然燙一下……不明白開業才兩年多的酒店，設施怎麼已經像七八年的酒店一樣陳舊了。
客房服務也是慢得不行，電話請送物品，第一次一個多小時，第二次也是半個鍾，後來向管家投訴後才加快了速度。
關於酒店的中文管家，看評論區裏也是很多好評，實際接觸下來衹能説過得去，表面很專業很積極溝通，深層而言並不是很敬業很友好。所以這次住酒店期間發生的很多問題都是靠我的攜程黑鑽管家協調解決而非酒店管家幫助！
酒店室外海邊的風景和泳池設施、每晚的活動室內容以及我們用餐的三個餐廳的出品還是很不錯的，值得肯定！
所以整體的入住體驗就是，無論從名氣還是價格來看，這家酒店都名過其實不相符。
非常不推薦！

The scenery is first-rate, and it was the best weather day in recent days. The public areas are also amazing, but the rooms are a bit average and small. There is also an independent CHANEL store in the hotel, with an infinity pool and an indoor pool. There is a 30-minute trail built around the cliff, which is refreshing. Breakfast is a set menu (too few choices), and the food is OK. It's a pity that I didn't have brunch because I was in a hurry to catch the plane.
