A very special and charming place to stay in a lovely village. The owner's grandfather first opened it as a roadside posada and store in 1913, and after closing for a while in the 70s the family reopened it in 2001. Bar, dining rooms and bedrooms are full of original details and a real museum collection of historic bits and pieces, but there are good bathrooms, wifi and other services too. Listening to the river flowing alongside is a wonderful tranquilliser, but when you want to explore more Mireia provides every kind of information and advice on hikes and other things to do in a beautiful part of the lower Pyrenees. The locally-sourced food for breakfast and dinner is excellent too, real Catalan country cuisines, and there's a fine list of lesser-known local wines. Amazing place. Wonderful friendly welcome, gorgeous room and location, delicious homemade food. I can highly recommend this family run business. Village is small and nothing much else going on, at this time of year, so worth considering depending on your plans. Just chill out and enjoy being looked after. A drink by the river is particularly special.

Casa Leonardo is an amazing, quirky place to stay, a generational family establishment, based on traditional values and ways of living, yet with modern bathrooms, and has featured in international books and recommendations. We were made very welcome, thoroughly enjoyed the decor, the beer garden by the river, the evening meal and breakfast. Our cycles were stored securely, and there’s a car park too. We would definitely return if in the area and thoroughly recommend.

We had an excellent time in Casa Leonardo. It is a very beautiful place and has a perfect location for great hikes. Miriam took care of us and recommended wonderful places to go. Thank you very much and we are looking forward getting back!

Costa Leonardo is a charming old hotel with modern bathroom facilities. They are very friendly and serve wonderful meals. Our room had a large window overlooking a lovely little river. The rooms were attractive and comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel.

Do not miss this opportunity. Great little family run small hotel. Absolutely charming and great position by the river with a load of local life going on around you. Great value with half board which consists of delicious 3 course dinner and excellent breakfast. Hotel consists of local bar too so always something going on. Sit outside and watch the world go by! Hard working owner very happy to help with not to be missed activities such as walking in the mountains or wild swimming in lakes etc. room was beautifully furnished and spacious with excellent bathroom. Can not recommend enough
