L'enregistrement se fait en ligne après avoir reçu un courrier électronique tout en anglais. C'est nul.
Le parking de l'hôtel est payant.
L'accueil est agréable et la chambre bien entretenue malgré un abat jour cassé qui fait négligé.
Chambre calme et literie satisfaisante.

La chambre n'est pas digne d'un 3 étoiles et les services sont absents : - Chambre exiguë - 1 chaise dans une chambre deux personnes - Table petite et mal conçue pour un 3 étoiles - Pas de serviette pour les mains dans les chambres. - Moquette dans un état douteux - Chef de réception méprisant.

The hotel location is far away from downtown Sens, and there is hardly any public transportation. The rooms are decent, the breakfast is chargeable and not worth the money. Only saving grace is it is located in area with multiple restaurants from french to asian and other fast food chains, and located conveniently in an area with multiple shopping options. Although this is the best you can manage in the small town

L'hotel IBIS budget est dans le meme batiment que l'hotel IBIS avec reception commune tout au moins lors de notre passage.Si l'hotel IBIS Budget est tres correct l'absence de place de parking gratuites est dommage car il n'y a que 5 ou 6 places gratuites (pour une centaine de chambres !!) sinon vous devez payer 7 euros.Places gratuites sur le parking de la zone commerciale juste à coté.Pour IBIS budget concernant le petit dejeuner "buffet" au choix assez limité c'est un manque d'organisation qui est dommage.En effet la personne preposée à l'approvisionement des minis viennoiseries les rechauffent au fur et à mesure ce qui fait que vous avez, apres une longue attente, des viennoiseries tres chaudes ou alors il faut attendre la fournée suivante.Au moment où tout le monde dejeune pratiquement en meme temps c'est pas terrible comme organisation.

L’hôtel est assez récent dans une zone commerciale. Un ibis budget collé à l’hôtel. La chambre est assez spacieuse avec douche. Petit déjeuner correct Le parking est beaucoup trop cher pour la ville, mais heureusement parking du centre commercial en face avec de la place.
