It is a 3/4 minute walk north from the east exit of JR Kumatori Station. The service is very warm and the breakfast is very good, which exceeds the expectations of such a business hotel. There is an artificial hot spring on the second floor of the hotel, which is very good. There are free drinks from 18:00 to 20:00 in the evening, and welcome tea powder. Will stay again.

Location is excellent and really convenient. Staff was very friendly and check in / out was seamless. Amenities were very well thought out eg having an anti fog mirror and the toiletries were really nice too. Just nice for 3 pax - sorry no pictures as I didn’t manage to take a before photo. High recommended!

Wonderful family owned family owned and run. The level of hospitality afforded to my family was certainly above and beyond. There was a genuine care factor that I was unable to fault. Heading out, don't worry about a taxi, we will drive you. How was the complimentary breakfast. It should be said that the rooms are quite small, however the cleanliness of the property could not be faulted. I would recommend N Gate to all as a great introduction to the Japanese people.

Very very clean looks like new staff is amazing so helpful I ask for how to use washing machine receptionist wash my clothes and brought hangers and hang it in my room I am very much happier to be going in Japan and finding this hotel .
