The access to the pool was good and the rooms were clean. They took us to the Italian restaurant by cart, and the food and sunset were wonderful.

住了兩個晚上不同房間，每個都很滿意。

Resort quite nice but for a 5 star Resort we expected more. Spacious and well-kept villa at a great price, privacy in the villas is not lacking. The cleanliness of the room almost excellent, "almost" because seeing the stained sun lounger covers outside is not the best and the walls in the pool need cleaning. In the bathroom we only had a face towel and during our stay it was never added since the room was tidied up every day. The sheets were not changed during our stay but the bed was made every day with care. I don't know if this service in a 5 star had to be expressly requested. The service was good together with the kindness of the staff. Even if the breakfast buffet room was small, almost nothing was missing, I want to think that it was designed to not waste industrial quantities of food unnecessarily. I liked breakfast TASTY! The restaurant menu was quite complete but the dishes were not as expected, the pasta carbonara with mushrooms NO MORE, the pizza seemed frozen but edible and the GRIGLIATA evening very disappointing but at least the shrimp were fresh and excellent. The beach in front of the resort is beautiful and not very crowded because everyone was at the pool in the resorts. Resort with 2 beautiful pools that initially we thought that one was only for adults and we chose some deck chairs there (early in the morning otherwise you won't find a spot) to rest peacefully but after a while it filled up with children with parents playing (nothing to take away from families). In a 5 star resort with multiple pools I thought it was customary to have an adults only pool and one where the children can play in peace without disturbing anyone who goes on holiday without just to rest. All in all and given the price I would compare it to a 4 star really excellent!

Basically satisfied. The room is relatively new, with a balcony and no bathtub. The overall environment is good, quiet, the service is acceptable, and the breakfast is good. The hotel is not big overall. The two swimming pools are very sunny during the day and are basically unblocked. In addition to being a bit small and expensive, compared with the holiday resort next door, the price/performance ratio is not high. There are no other drawbacks.

房間乾淨整潔，海邊沙灘，也可以浮潛。網紅酒店，就是價格高於其他酒店了。

Overall, it is the largest block in the entire Lombok Island. It is recommended to book a suite by the sea, which is not noisy and has a good view.
