Great little enclave that is well designed. Room is above expectation for the price range and the ala carte breakfast provided is more than adequate.

The environment is very good, the courtyard is beautiful and quiet, the room facilities are complete and comfortable, it is not only a stay but also a relaxing vacation feeling, the breakfast is delicious, eating breakfast in the courtyard is a kind of enjoyment ~ Recommended

This place is a secret spot for us. A super nice place; well located in the middle of the old part of Sengigi, clean, perfectly maintained and beautiful with lots of greenery. The rooms are clean and spacious and have a wonderful shower.
The manager and his wife are warm people who help you where necessary. For us this is a place where we immediately felt at home and will come back.

Very good service and possibilities to order a dish of the day for both lunch and dinner. Several times my taste buds activated by Nasi Kuning. Nothing is too much for them. This place is a little gem. Cannot fault the place. Staff are super friendly. Very good and cheap warung out the front. Pool is perfect size. Only 5 minute walk to Happy Cafe for live music at night.

Stayed for a week. Lovely property, well maintained. Staff are all welcoming, cheerful and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Breakfast is fresh and delicious. There are lots of restaurants in walking distance and takeaways/deliveries - all great.
Minor suggestion - net curtains across the outside doors would let light in and give privacy.
