The drinks are good, the food is OK, not particularly delicious but hygienic. I felt unwell one day, and the kitchen sent ginger tea and chicken porridge to the room, and the porridge was kept heated. The service is very good, warm and thoughtful.

Disadvantages need to be improved: It is recommended to install a sprinkler at the door of the room to facilitate washing feet and shoes, otherwise the black sand will easily dirty the room; The water sprayed from the shower head is a bit piercing and should be replaced; The check-in arrangement is a bit slow. The room cannot be delivered at two o'clock and I have to wait for half an hour. Although there are many hotels in Senggigi, there are not many restaurants and shops in the area. I don't think it's necessary to stay in this area. The West Coast area is similar. You can choose the hotel interior. Personal rating: 4.5 points.
