Holiday Resort Lombok – Fantastic location, but service could be improved
Our stay at Holiday Resort Lombok was overall very pleasant. The location, right on the beach, is simply stunning – perfect for relaxing days by the sea. The resort is beautifully designed, with manicured gardens and a large pool area that invites you to linger. The rooms are also spacious, clean, and well-equipped.
The breakfast buffet offers a good selection of local and international dishes, so there's something for every taste. We particularly liked the friendly and attentive staff in the restaurant and at the bar.
However, there's still room for improvement in the service. We sometimes had to wait a long time for orders or requests, and we would have appreciated a bit more commitment and efficiency at reception. Minor issues like missing towels or slow responses to inquiries somewhat mar the otherwise positive impression.
All in all, a beautiful resort with a great atmosphere – with a little better service, it would be perfect! ⭐⭐⭐⭐y

The hotel is average, a typical chain. The room smells of dampness. I liked the bathroom, it is open and clean. Breakfasts are normal, you can choose. Not far from the hotel there are a couple of warungs. The beach is a narrow strip, first sand, and then rocks. Before this we lived on the southern coast, the beaches are better there.

Breakfast is a buffet, which is convenient and tasty.
Cons: we arrived two hours before check-in, we were asked to wait somewhere on the hotel grounds, then they took us to a room with two beds (we booked one), we had to go again to change the room, also the room in the photo looks different, there are no robes in the room, but at our request they brought them, slightly outdated plumbing and monkeys running on the roof at 5 am 😅
