Having stayed at a few other properties of this chain, I was quite surprised at the conditions of this one. It must have seen better days. While the cleaning staff did a very good job for our room, another member of our party on a different experience otherwise. Despite my best efforts to explain to the front desk if they can help me hire a driver and vehicle for a day, they came up with a detailed DIY programme. Where is a concierge when you need one 😪

Good location just 5 mins walk from Sendai station and close to shopping malls and shops. Good onsen with free drinks and beer too !

The hotel is well located, very close to the morning market, you can walk from the Sendai Station second floor flyover across the EBeans/Parco 2 walk, then get off the elevator to the ground and walk forward for two or three minutes. The big bath was too crowded on Saturdays, having to queue up to wash your body, queue up to blow your hair, and there wasn't enough seating in the Lounge, a very bad experience. Additionally, there are no bath salts and basic skincare packs available in the room and hotel lobby, which is worse than a business hotel. The big bath must be entered before 10, close at 11, also very inconvenient, deducted points! Overall cleanliness ok! Water, coffee bags, tea bags daily refill, very good 👍🏻

It is very convenient as it only takes 5 minutes from Sendai Station. The hotel is western-style, with a large bathing area, a sauna and complete facilities. There is beef tongue for breakfast, but after staying for three nights, the daily breakfast style is basically the same. I hope there will be some changes.
