Very good meal. Helpful staff. A bit far from the center but free shuttle to Sendai Station.

The room heater didn't warm up even after a while, so I put up with it, but I couldn't stand it anymore and went to the front desk to talk about the heater, and they explained how to use it. However, I explained that the heater couldn't adjust the temperature, and even though I pressed the high button, it was still blowing cold air, and I told them that they could check it directly in the room, but they seemed bothered. When the front desk checked in the room, they said that it was hot today, so they didn't turn on the heater at night? Isn't it necessary to have heaters at night, unlike during the day? What was even more shocking was that they didn't say anything politely when they came into the room, and when they left, they just left without saying anything. In the end, the heater didn't work all night and I was up until the morning. I had trouble falling asleep and couldn't get rid of my fatigue. When I checked out, they didn't even care about what happened last night, and there was no apology or anything. The front desk's service is the worst. I don't think they treat customers as customers. I'm very sorry that I had such a bad experience on the last day of my three-night trip to Tohoku. I can't recommend this hotel.
