There is a free shuttle bus from and to Sendai Station. The staff is friendly and can communicate fluently in English. The number of hot springs is amazing. The meals are average. Overall, the price/performance ratio is still acceptable.

The three major springs are indeed of very good quality, and the two open-air pools are also the top three hot springs I have taken in Japan for ten years. It is also very comfortable to sit and rest by the pool in the lobby. The rooms are also larger than regular hotels. The off-season price of 1500-2000 is still quite cost-effective

The hotel is located in Akiu Onsen Street. It is a very traditional Japanese hotel. They will make the beds at night and the hot spring is very comfortable. Dinner is Japanese food and breakfast is buffet with rich variety and good taste.
