The front desk staff are very friendly, and several of them can communicate in English. Those who don't speak English can use Japanese + translator (the hotel has a special small machine). I am a plastic person and don’t speak Japanese, so the overall problem is not big.
Personally, I think the room itself is fine.
It's very close to Sendai Station, 10 minutes if you know the way. It’s easier to navigate there using Google Maps. Go out to Sendai Station 2F (1F above ground) and go left. When you see Parco2 (the sign on the building), face Parco2 and go down to the ground floor from the left. Then follow the navigation and you'll be there in a few minutes.
The female staff at the front desk was very friendly and patiently provided help despite the language barrier. grateful! A very pleasant journey~
