1つ気になる点はシャワーのお湯の温度がお湯と水をバランス良く出して温度調節するタイプなのですがこれがまた難しく熱かったり冷たかったり忙しかったです。

Because I came to see the Aoba Festival, the hotel was very conveniently located. I took the subway from Sendai Station and got off at Kotodai Park two stops later.
The hotel room has a large terrace, where you can see the Aoba Festival car parade.
There are convenience stores in front and behind the hotel

Location is great, walkable to shops, trains, parks and attractions. Room is basic and a little noisy/light, good shower/bath area.
Some free amenities at front desk and no issue with luggage storage, coin operated laundry worked well. We declined cleaning after the first night as wasn't very well done, however had fresh towels every day

The hotel is right next to the Kotodaike Park subway station, which is very convenient for shopping and dining. The hotel breakfast is very good and great value for money.
There is a massage chair in the room, which can relieve your tired body, which is a plus. The only pity is that there is dust on the bedside, and the carpets in the elevator and corridor are not clean enough, which makes my nose uncomfortable when passing by.
Overall it was a satisfactory stay.
