We stayed here over the public holiday break—yes, it was a bit crowded, but that’s understandable. The resort is really close to Pantai Bisikan Bayu, and we enjoyed a nice walk around the area. The pool was a big hit with my niece and nephew—it’s huge, with lots of seating around it. Pool opens at 9am; would’ve loved if it opened a little earlier.
It took me a while to find the shower by the pool, so having a few more or clearer signs would be helpful. In our room, the sink was clogged and the fan wasn’t working—maybe the maintenance team could do regular rounds to check. I may book direct to resort next time as it is cheaper to direct booking. Found out after I had to add another room.
Anyway, we had a good time!

The place is quite nice. I have no problem with the beds, the amenities. My only problem is the bathroom. As you can see, it didn't look properly maintained and cleaned.
I hope they'll do something about it.

The place not that good location the worse part was the toilet sink water blocked and the toilet shower hole fully blocked when shower the shower heads looks like ancient the pillow fully stain have to call to change but still the pillow was like pick up from street the breakfast same stuff every day doesn’t looks like 4 star mostly like 1 star paid $230 for 2 nights to be honest worse experience never ever coming back .
