Questo Hotel Residence è molto confortevole, pulito e in comoda posizione. Il personale è gentile, ospitale e accogliente. Ottima e abbondante la colazione e la cena nel ristorante. Il parcheggio è nella struttura. Tutto davvero gradevole!

Come altri clienti abbiamo utilizzato un cofanetto Smartboxx ricevuto in regalo tempo fa. Abbiamo letto le precedenti recensioni di clienti con lo stesso cofanetto e ci aspettavamo un'esperienza completamente diversa. Invece è stato una bella sorpresa: l'albergo è grazioso e ben tenuto, il personale è risultato molto gentile e disposto a darci indicazioni per fare escursioni in zona. La camera accogliente, pulita e bene attrezzata, con letto comodo e uina spettacolare vista sulla vallata. Molto silenzioso. Effettivamente ci è stato chiesto un supplemento di 20 euro per il soggiorno durante il week end ma ci è anche stato proposto un pacchetto che includeva cena e prima colazione per evitarlo. Abbiamo accettato l'offerta, pur essendo un po' prevenute, ma anche il cibo ci ha soddisfatto. La proposta era varia, servita bene e gustosa. Sinceramente è stata davvero un ottimo soggiorno.

Non ho soggiornato in questa struttura il motivo?! Avevo uno smart box che mi è stato regalato del valore di 70 €, che comprendeva pernotto e prima colazione nemmeno poco, al momento della conferma della prenotazione la mail diceva che avrei dovuto pagare 20 € al giorno in loco per supplemento weekend(tassa di suggiorno) Decisamente tanto , al che ho effettuato subito la disdetta ,a me non è sembrata molto corretta, doveva essere scritto esplicitamente anche sul sito di questa opzione, non voglio insegnare il mestiere a nessuno, però a mio parere mi è sembrato giusto condividere questa mia esperienza negativa

siamo stati in questo albergo per l'week end del 1 novembre. albergo nella media mangiare discreto non condivisibile la richiesta di 20 euro a testa e 3 euro di acqua nonostante fosse tutto compreso nel cofanetto smartbox abbastanza delusi; certamente non lo consigliero' Stefania .

Consapevole che ferragosto è una giornata particolare ma siamo rimasti delusi dall'atteggiamento del personale e dei titolari. Non parliamo del menu..menu pizza 26euro...menu padelle 34euro......per quello che abbiamo mangiato hanno letteralmente esagerato nel prezzo! Minimo abbiamo pagato in più 15 euro a persona senza motivo La cosa vergognosa caffè non compreso. Peccato perché eravamo e sottolineo la parola eravamo clienti.

Hotel accogliente, appartamento pulito e relativamente moderno. Personale gentile. Posizione strategica, ci si può muovere tranquillamente a piedi per il paesino. Parcheggio gratuito privato. Unica pecca, abbiamo soggiornato con una smartbox e abbiamo dovuto aggiungere 10€ a persona per “adeguamenti”. Sono anni che uso smartbox e non mi era mai successo.

Un bel hotel, siamo stati in famiglia, abbiamo trascorso 4/5 giorni, con mezza pensione. Il mangiare buonissimo, la stanza bella grande, pulita e carina. Noi siamo stati veramente bene. Tutti molto simpatici, attenti e cordiali. I prezzi giusti per quello che era il servizio.

Siamo stati in questo hotel pre tappa terme di San Pellegrino. Personale cortese, hotel abbastanza anonimo e niente di speciale. La cena buona: canederli classici e polenta con fughi e salsiccia (tegame) Camera molto semplice e in generale tutto vecchiotto. Siamo stati comunque bene
