Bella struttura, ottime la colazione e la cena (noi eravamo in trattamento mezza pensione), sono presenti due sale giochi per bambini e l'animatrice Monica ha saputo intrattenere le bambine che erano entusiaste e si sono affezionate subito!

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel con la mia famiglia per un weekend. La posizione è ottimale in quanto è tutto raggiungibile in pochi minuti, da parchi alla scuola sci,al centro del paese. La camera curata e con tutto il necessario. La colazione buonissima e molto varia, si trova davvero di tutto, così come la cena, tutto davvero ottimo e generoso nelle porzioni. Dolci top. Essendo un family hotel i servizi per i bambini non mancano, c'è tutto il necessario per i più grandi ed anche i più piccini. Un ringraziamento speciale va a Monica, l'animatrice, stupenda con i bambini, tutti l'adorano e la cercano, è disponibilissima e dolcissima, sicuramente uno dei motivi per tornare in hotel, ha reso il soggiorno ancora più speciale!! Grazie * le Bombette *

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel per due notti. L’ambiente è rilassante, la camera era spaziosa e pulita, con doppi servizi. La colazione abbondante, varia e molto buona e l’animatrice Monica ha fatto stare molto bene le mie due bambine di 3 e 8 anni.

Non sembra assolutamente un hotel a 4 stelle. Hotel parzialmente nuovo ma con grosse mancanze, nel bagno la finestra era riparata con lo scotch (e la nostra camera era una suite). Riscaldamento non funzionava correttamente, gli asciugamani lasciati in terra la mattina venivano tolti ma non venivano rimessi quelli puliti. Fino ad arrivare alla cosa più grave di tutte… prima del soggiorno comunico di essere celiaca, chiamo per conferma. Arriviamo all’hotel e nessuno sapeva nulla, lo comunico. Arriva la cena, i camerieri sbagliano OGNI portata portandomi i piatti normali. Il giorno dopo stessa scena. La contaminazione c’è ed è stata evidente in quanto ho avuto parecchi sintomi da contaminazione. Faccio presente tutto al momento del check out e “ah ok mi spiace, sono 5 euro per l’acqua consumata”… ma veramente? Non torneremo mai più

Abbiamo soggiornato in quest’hotel in occasione del compleanno di mia figlia.. che dire… tutto perfetto e indimenticabile a iniziare dalla fantastica animatrice “zia” Monica persona seria affidabile e dolce che non dimenticheremo ! Camera perfetta pulita e spaziosa.. cucina alto livello con porzioni abbondanti e succulente.. personale di sala e di accoglienza super gentili e professionali.. insomma da ritornarci senza ombra di dubbi.

Struttura nuova, ben curata ed accogliente. Ideale per i bambini che si sono divertiti nelle due aree giochi dell’hotel. Un ringraziamento speciale alla mitica animatrice Monica che li ha intrattenuti e fatti divertire. Se dovessimo soggiornare nuovamente a Selvino ci torneremo sicuramente considerando anche la posizione centrale in cui si trova.

È stato un soggiorno fantastico! Camere pulite e spaziose, colazione a buffet sia dolce che salata con cibo in abbondanza, molto vario e di ottima qualità. Buonissimo anche il ristorante. Ma la cosa che ci ha più entusiasmato e che da un valore aggiunto a questa bellissima struttura è sicuramente l’animatrice Monica, che oltre ad intrattenere i bimbi è riuscita ad intrattenere con canti e risate anche gli adulti stravolgendo il nostro sabato sera !!! Grazie di tutto, ci vediamo presto. LE ZIE!!!!!!

Hotel muy bonito ,en un lugar encantador, con unas vistas estupendas.Desayuno muy variado y abundante.La atención muy amable, en especial por parte de Mónica, nos hizo sentir como en casa.Un trato único.Sinceramente es para valorar su atención con un 10.
