Wie in den letzten Jahren sehr aufmerksame und freundliche Mitarbeiter. Das Essen, egal ob Frühstücksbuffet oder am Abend das Mehrgängemenue, scheint sogar noch variantenreicher und geschmacklich noch besser geworden zu sein. Wir reden hier denke ich von einer Sterneküche. Also auf jeden Fall eine tolle Woche

Il Savoy si conferma a livelli di assoluta eccellenza: a partire dalla hall, finemente rinnovata, per finire alle camere, sempre impeccabili e oggetto di continuo ammodernamento, il soggiorno in “casa Vinatzer” è un compendio di gentilezza, disponibilità e competenza. Personale ineccepibile (menzione particolare per Elisa: la sua solarità e professionalità sono un valore aggiunto di assoluto rilievo). L’atmosfera è calda, empatica e familiare: il Savoy, per chi cerca relax e vuole “staccare la spina”, contribuisce ad amplificare l’effetto Dolomiti, una vera oasi di benessere e di pace. Cucina da ristorante stellato, con un'impressionante alternanza di piatti e una vastissima carta dei vini. Non resta che iniziare il conto alla rovescia, per noi il Savoy è una tappa ormai irrinunciabile. Semplicemente bravi, semplicemente perfetti.

A wonderful hotel, not too big, not too small, perfect for letting your soul unwind. Very, very friendly staff. The pleasant ambience creates an oasis of well-being. The well-kept restaurant serves excellent food, the dishes are of very high quality and what I particularly like is that they are regional. The wine list leaves nothing to be desired, simply brilliant. What I particularly liked are the very fine and noble South Tyrolean wines. Merlot Riserva 2020 from Kornell, sensational. The Pinot Noir from Gump Hof is a bomb and the Lagrain Riserva Gran Helen is a stunner. Many thanks to the sommeliers for the introduction to the world of South Tyrolean wines, thank you.

We stayed for the Christmas period (5 nights) in this wonderful hotel and if the initial expectations were high, during our stay, perhaps they went even beyond what we had imagined. Beautiful structure in every room from the hall to the lounge with circular fireplace, passing through the SPA and the room (very large and clean but with a small box of electrical wires uncovered). The Ski Room is very comfortable and takes you directly to the slopes with the lift; the massages in the SPA were very good, I recommend them. I didn't give excellence because there is something that in my opinion can be improved especially in a hotel of this caliber. Dinner is sometimes too elaborate (with really small portions) and the buffet is varied and plentiful but too repetitive (the prices of the drinks seemed a little high to me). Sincere compliments to all the staff who were super helpful, kind and responsive in fixing some small problems that occurred to us (ski rental) even if in some cases they "failed" to provide information (such as the slope to take to return to the hotel or on the possibility of purchasing the ski pass directly at the hotel) However, it is highly recommended
