English: We stayed in this hotel in Selva di Valgardena for 4 nights because we couldn't find a place in our "heart" hotels in Selva and Ortisei where we have been going for many years. The hotel is a beautiful structure behind a ski slope, but many things are off-putting in the management that can be criticized in many aspects already at first glance... the distance with the customer. First of all it is not a 4 star, at most it would deserve 3. The room lacks a boiler with capsules and tea bags, in the bathroom, very dated, there is no welcome kit, the hairdryer is an 80s model with only one speed without the possibility of having cold air and the sanitization strap is missing. Decent room with an empty mini bar and not even a bottle of water on arrival which in a "real 4 star" are refilled daily. The food is terrible... This is ONE STAR. The breakfast is poor, with repetitive and mediocre quality products, no local products except slices of speck. There was no typical Tyrolean cheese except one cut into microscopic rectangles, which disappeared immediately, instead there were abundant Emmental and Provola ... with a flavor that I cannot describe. Cappuccino always cold and watered down like the undrinkable espresso. We chose half-board accommodation, an unfortunate choice, money wasted, in short, in the hotel there is no sense of hospitality from the owners that we have noticed in other accommodation facilities in Val Gardena where we are always pampered and we feel at ease in everything with snacks, tea and afternoon snacks and divinely good food. Here it does not seem to be in Val Gardena, the philosophy of the owners is exclusively aimed at SAVING IN EVERYTHING. The hotel does NOT have a shuttle that takes you to the ski lifts which are equipped with all the other facilities in Selva and Ortisei where we have stayed over the years. In the review I attach photos of the dishes, which give an example of what (WE DID NOT EAT) which as you can see had portions that were ridiculous to say the least, less than pediatric and many of them were inedible. One evening, it seems like a joke, asking for parmesan for a miniature dish distantly related to the real spiätzle, the waitress poured a teaspoon and took away the cheese dish!!! The desserts... are not worthy of being called such for portion and type.. One evening there was a microscopic scoop of melted ice cream that I refused to eat because it was an affront to decency. The appetizers... non-existent, if you arrived after 8:30 pm the few trays present remained empty. Fortunately, knowing the restaurants in Selva and Ortisei we ate divinely at lunch and enjoyed some exquisite strudel and Sacher. If you want to have a holiday in Selva in the name of serenity and cordiality and want to feel respected, go elsewhere, for four days I spent €1,750 which is too much for the (services) that the structure does not (offer) and for the lack of hospitality, coldness and lack of response
