Sehr schön gelegenes Haus.Nur 50 Meter von der Gondel Ciampinoi entfernt.Das Haus verfügt über 3 Zimmmer.Die Zimmer können einzeln gebucht werden oder mit bis zu 6 Personen auch als Ferienwohnung.Es ist eine Küche zur Selbstverpflegung vorhanden mit gemütlichen Sitzgelegenheiten. Die Zimmer und Bäder sind sehr schön und sauber.Im Jahr 2024 wurde vieles renoviert .Die Eigentümer sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit.Wir kommen wieder....keine Frage.

Piacevolissima sorpresa questo piccolo b&b: villetta abitata al piano terra dalla famiglia Perathoner e primo piano a disposizione degli ospiti, con sole tre stanze doppie rinnovate nel 2024 e in puro stile altoatesino. Noi ne abbiamo provate due in due diversi soggiorni: entrambe molto belle grazie al legno chiaro, luminose, pulite e silenziosissime grazie agli ottimi infissi. Dotate di comodo letto, tv, spazioso balcone privato e bagno carino con superba doccia. Colazione varia, fresca e di qualità sia dolce che salata servita in una cucina situata sempre al primo piano e consegna della tessera per viaggiare gratis sui mezzi pubblici (l’utile fermata di Selva La Bula è a pochi passi). Struttura economica rispetto al contesto con un rapporto qualità/prezzo eccezionale e una menzione per la prioritaria, la signora Maria: socievole ma discreta, premurosa, cordiale e sempre disponibile. Lasciate perdere i grandi alberghi pieni di clienti e godetevi Haus Christa e la sua atmosfera intima e rilassante: concorderete anche voi che l’unico aspetto negativo di questo posto sarà solo il doversene andare!!

camere pulitissime, colazione ottima e di qualità, servizio e gentilezza ottimi. posizione ottima, rapporto qualità prezzo top. abbiamo soggiornato in camera doppia a dicembre 2021. struttura veramente consigliata, gestione familiare, parcheggio disponibile.
