Sehr schönes Hotel, die Mitarbeiter stets höflich und um einen besorgt. Suite angenehme Größe und der Ausblick einmalig. Das Essen sehr gut, der Strand leicht zu erreichen (2 Aufzüge). Die Wilhelmstrasse sehr schön und elegant. Parkplatz vorhanden und leicht erreichbar.

Wir waren jetzt das 12. Mal in unserem Lieblingshotel auf der Insel Rügen. Hier stimmt einfach alles. Geniales Frühstück und sehr gute Küche, ein perfektes SPA, die unschlagbare Lage mit Blick auf Meer und Seebrücke sowie der freundliche Service ziehen uns immer wieder hierher. Wir kommen wieder! Das Hotel Bernstein liegt an einem wunderschönen Platz nahe des Stadtzentrums. Bei Ankunft wurden wir sehr herzlich empfangen. Zimmer war frühzeitig fertig, nichts zu Beanstanden. Auch das Restaurant und Bar sind sehr schön mit Wohlfühlfaktor. Beim Frühstück gab es reichlich Auswahl. Auch die Halbpension und das Angebot lässt keine Wünsche offen. Was für uns am Wichtigsten ist, dass man von Beginn an sich gut aufgehoben fühlt und Urlaub genießen kann. Nächstes Mal gerne länger.

Schönes Hotel in sehr guter Lage. Der Service war ganz hervorragend, sowohl bzgl. der Rezeption, in Bar und besonders im Restaurant. Das betrifft sowohl das Frühstück mit sehr guter Qualität als auch das Abendessen à la Carte mit guter Qualität. Wir würden das Hotel immer wählen, wenn wir in diese Gegend kommen

Es ist wie nach Hause kommen, einfach perfekt. Das Frühstück sowie die Damen vom Service sind immer großartig. Man kommt an und kann sich fallen lassen, Erholung, Entspannung und Genießen. Alles harmoniert, das Personal, das Haus und die Lage.
