Very nice hotel, with a very nice infinity pool overlooking the bay.
Despite some communication difficulties, the owner was able to respond and find a solution quickly to the vagaries of our reservation (air conditioning which did not work, and dinners which were not ultimately included in the price).
Breakfast and dinner were very good and homemade.
Very comfortable bedding, spacious rooms.

21-22 Ağustos tarihlerinde 2 gece konakladık. Ali Bey ve ailesi bizi çok iyi ağırladılar, tertemiz, özenli, güleryüzlü sahipleri olan, konum olarak çok güzel bir butik otel. Oda büyüklüğü ***et yeterli, Selimiye merkez çarşıya yürüme mesafesinde, ilk geldiğinizde aracınızı otoparka koyup, daha sonra hiç ihtiyaç duymayacağınız bir otel. Tekrar Selimiyeye geldiğimizde yine burda kalırız.

Nice location, great view and great pool (small though). The owner is very kind, his young daughter speaks good English (one of the few persons around). The hotel needs some work and it is a bit worn out. There is some building material around and I fell in a trapdoor (fortunately no major consequences than some bruises) because the cover of the pool filter was too thin. Good breakfast and, again, very kind people. The price for the room seemed excessive and I would have expected a discount because of my accident.
